1Who can refer
Any business with an active, paid Fab ERP subscription (the "referrer").
2What the referred business gets
A business that subscribes on a referrer’s invitation (the "referred member") gets 10% off its first payment. It must be new to Fab ERP.
3What the referrer gets
- Fab credits equal to 10% of the referred member’s first payment, not counting GST.
- The credits are added after the 7-day refund window on that payment has passed, and only if that payment has not been refunded.
4How Fab credits work
- 1 credit = ₹1 off a future Fab ERP invoice of the referrer.
- Credits can pay part of an invoice or all of it.
- Credits expire 12 months after they are added. They also lapse when the referrer’s subscription ends.
- Credits are not cash. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, and they earn no interest.
5What does not count
- Referring yourself.
- Referring a business that shares a GSTIN with the referrer.
- Any referral made by misleading someone.
Credits given for a referral that does not count are cancelled.
