Draft for legal review; the wording may change before launch. These Terms are between Pankaj Fabricators ("we", "us") and the business that subscribes to Fab ERP ("you", "the member"). They are complete on their own. The Privacy Policy, the Refund, cancellation and delivery policy and the Referral programme on this site form part of them.
1Who we are and what these Terms cover
Fab ERP is a business software service offered by Pankaj Fabricators, GSTIN 08AABFP2280Q1ZT. These Terms cover this website, a Fab ERP subscription (including its 14-day free trial), the launch offer, add-ons, the VIP plan and the referral programme.
Fab ERP is sold to businesses, for use in their business. It is not offered to individuals for personal use.
2Accepting these Terms
You accept these Terms when you tick "I agree to Fab ERP's Terms and Privacy Policy" (or the matching line on the sign-up page) and continue. The person who ticks the box confirms that they may act for the business they name.
3The plans
- Silver and Gold are self-serve plans, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10.
- What each plan includes, and its current price, is on the pricing page. The plan you chose, its price and its billing period are shown again on the sign-up page before you authorise payment.
- VIP is by enquiry only. Its scope, price and terms are set out in a written order form signed by both sides. Where the order form differs from these Terms, the order form governs the VIP plan.
- Beta modules are offered only to VIP members, on request. A beta module comes with no date and no promise that it will join any plan.
4Users and add-ons
- After the launch offer ends: Silver includes 10 users and Gold includes 25 users.
- During the launch offer (until the end of 30 November 2026, India time): Silver includes 25 users and Gold includes 50 users.
- More users: each further step is an add-on at ₹1,000 a month plus GST. Silver goes up to 50 users and Gold up to 100 users. You choose them, and any other add-on, on the sign-up page.
- More than that, or modules made for your business: by enquiry.
- An add-on is charged from the billing period in which you add it, together with your plan, under the same auto-pay mandate (section 7). If the new total is above the maximum amount your mandate allows, we ask you to authorise a new mandate first.
5Prices, GST and invoices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added to every price. The pricing page shows each price with "+ 18% GST", and the sign-up page shows the full amount, GST included, before you authorise it. Nothing is added after that.
- We issue a GST tax invoice from Pankaj Fabricators for every charge.
6The 14-day free trial and the auto-pay mandate
- A Fab ERP subscription is a paid subscription whose first 14 days are free.
- To start, you choose a plan and set up an auto-pay mandate (card e-mandate or UPI AutoPay) through our payment partner, Razorpay. When you set it up, Razorpay takes ₹5 to verify the card or UPI and refunds it automatically. Nothing else is charged during the 14 free days.
- Your 14 free days start once auto-pay is on.
- Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. Write to contact@faberp.in, or cancel the mandate in your bank or UPI app.
- If you do not cancel, the first charge is made on day 15 for the plan and billing period you chose. Before that charge your bank or card issuer sends you a pre-debit notice, and we e-mail you as well.
- One free trial per business.
7Billing and renewal
- After the free days, a monthly subscription renews automatically every month under your auto-pay mandate, until you cancel. An annual subscription renews through a payment link we e-mail you before the renewal date.
- Before every charge you get a pre-debit notice from your bank or card issuer at least 24 hours ahead, and an e-mail from us.
- Under RBI rules, any automatic debit above ₹15,000 needs your approval with your bank each time (for example, an OTP). When a charge needs it, the approval link comes in our e-mail before the charge; if it is not approved by the due date, we send a payment link instead.
- If a charge fails, we tell you and try again. If it is still unpaid 15 days after the due date, we may pause access until it is paid. Your data is kept while access is paused.
8Cancelling
- Cancel at any time by one e-mail to contact@faberp.in, or by cancelling the mandate in your bank or UPI app. No reason is needed and no fee is charged.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund, cancellation and delivery policy.
9The launch offer and the price lock
- The launch offer is 50% off the regular price shown on the pricing page. It is open to businesses that subscribe on or before 30 November 2026 (India time). The regular price is shown beside the launch price.
- Price lock: if you subscribe during the launch offer, you keep that price, that package and those features for as long as your subscription continues without a break.
- If you cancel, or your subscription ends because a charge is not paid, the price lock ends. If you subscribe again later, the price shown on that day applies.
- GST is charged at the rate in force on the date of each charge.
10How the service is delivered
Fab ERP is delivered online. Nothing is posted or couriered. Our Refund, cancellation and delivery policy explains how your workspace is set up and when you can sign in.
11Your data
- You own your business data. We process it only to provide the service to you, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Today the service runs on servers in India. Inside your workspace, the roles you give your users control what each user can see and do.
- You can ask for an export of your data at any time by e-mail to contact@faberp.in.
- When your subscription ends, you may ask for an export within 30 days. After that we may delete the data, except what the law requires us to keep.
12Fair use
Do not share a user's sign-in with anyone else, use the service for anything unlawful, try to reach data or systems you have not been given, or copy, resell or rebuild the service. We may suspend access that breaks this section, and we tell you why.
13What we promise, and what we do not
- We describe the product as it is. A module marked as in testing or beta is not part of a plan, and no date is promised for it.
- We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not promise that the service will never be interrupted.
- Nothing on this site guarantees a business result. If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
14Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as loss of profit or business. Nothing here limits a liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited.
15Changes to these Terms
We publish every change on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects your plan, we e-mail you at least 30 days before it applies. A change never alters a price you hold under the price lock.
16Intellectual property and third-party marks
Fab ERP, its name and mark, and the content of this site belong to Pankaj Fabricators. Tally and TallyPrime are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Fab ERP is not affiliated with either.
