Refunds and delivery

1The 14 free days

Nothing is charged during the first 14 days of your subscription. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

2Your first payment

If you ask within 7 days of your first charge, we refund that charge in full.

3Later payments

• Cancelling stops every future charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• A month or a year that has already started is not refunded, in part or in full, except under section 4.

4Charges made in error

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the wrong amount in full, whenever you tell us. Nothing in this policy limits a refund the law requires.

5How to cancel

One e-mail to contact@faberp.in from the e-mail address you signed up with. Or cancel the auto-pay mandate in your bank or UPI app. No reason is needed and no fee is charged. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.

6How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@faberp.in from the e-mail address you signed up with, and quote your invoice number or Razorpay payment reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours.

7How the money comes back

To the same card, bank account or UPI account you paid from, through Razorpay. We start the refund within 5 working days of agreeing it; your bank may take a few more days to show it. GST charged on the amount is refunded with it, and we issue a credit note.

8Complaints

If you are not happy with how we handled a refund, write to contact@faberp.in. That inbox also reaches our Grievance Officer, named in our Terms. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.

9Delivery: what you receive

Fab ERP is an online service. You get access to your own Fab ERP workspace over the internet, on the phones and computers you choose. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there is no shipping charge.

10How you get it

1. Choose a plan on the pricing page and sign up.
2. Turn on auto-pay (card e-mandate or UPI AutoPay) through Razorpay. Nothing is charged during the 14 free days.
3. Get your sign-in. Once auto-pay is on, we e-mail the sign-in details for your workspace to the address you gave. Your 14 free days start once auto-pay is on.
4. Set up with us. We contact you within 2 working days to help you add your company, your users and your connectors.

11VIP

For VIP members, the delivery date and the setup work are written into the order form.
